Credit / debit
This system ensures that the data of your card will travel, encrypted, directly from the buyer to the intermediary bank and we will not have any contact with your payment data in any time. This system is totally transparent and agile to make your purchase.
Upon completion of the charge via credit card, in Fidetest we will receive the information of the done payment and we will ship your purchase. Your purchase will appear on your card statement credit as “Paypal * Spainbox”.
Bank transfer
By selecting as payment way bank transfer, you will receive an email from your order with account information where you should transfer the total amount of your purchase. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT to put the reference number of your order.
The order will not be processed until we confirm receipt of the payment. Payment must be in euros and any bank fees charged by your bank to transfer your account runs by taking this mode of payment.
Banks can take up to three business days to make effective transfers, if you want us to deposit your order before at the post office, send us a proof of the bank, email or “screenshot” of the transaction to our email address: [email protected]
Paypal
PayPal is a fast and secure way to pay. You can pay with your Paypal account, by debit card, credit card or bank account through this method of payment. PayPal payment has a commission of 4% of the total purchase.
With PayPal your financial details are not shared with us.
No need to enter the details of your card or your bank account to pay, you only need your email address and password.
