The Sileu Soft is the softest cup in the range and the one with the shortest stem: just 10 mm, short and thick. It is a model designed for one thing: so that you do not feel it. Its flexible silicone adapts to your body rather than pressing on it, and its minimal stem does not rub even if you spend hours sitting down.
For anyone who has tried firmer cups and felt pressure on the bladder or discomfort. For painful period days, when any pressure on your lower abdomen is too much. For the postpartum period, when your period returns and your pelvic floor is still recovering. And for long days sitting down —studying, working from home, long car journeys— when the cup stays in the same position for hours. Good to know: because it is so soft, it reacts a little more slowly to sudden movements and sometimes needs a small twist with your fingers to open fully. The Soft is one of the shortest cups in the range: 60 mm in size S and 65 mm in size L, with the same minimal 10 mm stem in both. The rim is 40 mm in both sizes. What the L mainly gains is capacity (30 vs 23 ml up to the air holes). If your cervix is at mid height or slightly low and you want a soft cup, its short length works in your favour. In red, purple or clear, made of medical-grade silicone certified to ISO 10993. Because it is so flexible, fold it into a “C” or a “punch-down” (all the folds explained) and, if it does not open fully, twist it gently with your fingers. Sterilise it at the end of your period in boiling water or in the foldable steriliser. Compatible with an IUD and the contraceptive ring.
