I want to change the size of my Sileu menstrual cup

If you have bought your Sileu menstrual cup through our website, on Amazon, on eBay, Carrefour or physical stores such as pharmacies or El Corte Inglés centers, you have used it for at least 3 or 4 menstrual cycles and experience the following problems:

  • Leaks or stains
  • The menstrual cup moves, turns, or comes out
  • It hurts when putting it on, taking it off or wearing it
  • When you play sports you experience discomfort or leakage

 

It may be that the chosen size is not the most suitable for you. For this reason, at Sileu we offer you the option to change your menstrual cup size at no additional cost, you just have to bear the cost of shipping your menstrual cup to our address.

We recommend that you use it a minimum of 3-4 menstrual cycles, since they have a small learning curve when putting it on and taking it off correctly that must be overcome properly to be sure that it really is a problem due to the size of the cup and not related to improper cup placement.

You can request a size change up to a maximum of 6 months after the purchase date. After 6 months, it will no longer be possible to opt for a size change.

Once you are sure that you really need to change the size of your glass, you just have to fill out the form that we present below on this page. You will receive an automatic confirmation email. If you bought your glass in a physical store, you must attach your scanned and legible purchase receipt or invoice in response to the e-mail.

When we verify the information, we will contact you by e-mail to tell you where you should return your old glass, keep in mind that the shipping costs for this return are your responsibility. If you have not received an e-mail from us, please check the spam or junk mail directory of your e-mail, as you may receive our message there. We answer all requests in 24-48 business hours, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded.

Once we receive your menstrual cup returned to our office, we will send the new cup to the address you provide. This shipment normally takes about 15 business days to be delivered once shipped.

You must return only and exclusively the menstrual cup, nothing more, well packed in its biodegradable PLA bag where you received it or in any other packaging that is convenient for you. For hygiene reasons, do not send the menstrual cup unpackaged, as then your size change will not be processed.

No, once the size change has been requested, it is impossible to make a new size change or to recover the old cup, so please, we ask you to be sure that you really want to change the size of the cup.

No, as breaks in the base of the cup or stem are exclusively due to improper handling of the cup when putting it on or taking it out, such as pinching it with your nails instead of your fingertips.

This service is available only and exclusively for Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands. If you are in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or in another country, and you want to change the size, you must take care of the shipping costs to return your old glass and the shipping costs of the new glass to your location.
